Project Completion for Protect Dombasle

THE OBJECTIVE

A decoration or architecture mission requires an in-depth and personalized study of your renovation or construction project. From the start, we will define together my degree of intervention in the project.

The project will then be divided into phases:

The Preliminary Design Phase (known as APS in french)
The Final Design Phase (known as APD in french)
The Tender Documents Phase (known as DCE in french)

Know that according to your needs, the contents of the study and the project will be adapted.

I. THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN PHASE (APS)

Understanding and analyzing your project

At this stage, I will study your request, your wants, your needs and the layout of your space.
Together we will define your style and the feel of each space. You will then be presented with mood boards and inspiration boards according to your tastes and the decorative choices.

We will visit the space together, talk about the problems you would like to target, your wants and your needs. From there we will determine which layout and decorative style is best for your space. If you are not sure which style you prefer, click here.

Layout Plan Proposal

Inspiration Board

What it includes :

Visits of the premises, interviews, advice, research, photographic report on site, estimate
1 summary of the interviews with the project manager + 1 redaction of all needs and expectations
Existing floor plan
Two layout plan proposals
Assistance in the choice of style, colors and materials
2 trend boards to describe the proposed decorative spirit (two options), and/or photo montages

II. THE FINAL DESIGN PHASE (APD)

Creating and shaping your project

First, there will be a thorough analysis and search for solutions related to the problems raised such as space optimization, the need for more light, adding an extra room, etc.
Next, you will choose from the two of the best layout options presented. A thorough search will be conducted and a selection of the best elements of decor for the space (such as materials, colors, furniture, lighting, accessories, etc.) will be given to you.
These selections will then be presented to you through a visual projection of the space, whether it be with sketches or with 3D visuals. This will allow you to project yourself completely and be more secure in the decision-making process before launching the remodel.

Appointment to finalize decisions on layout, materials, colors with samples
1 plan of the projected modification of the partitions, with comments (advantages acquired and remaining disadvantages, with regard to the future operation)
3Ds of projected layout (different views) + realistic 3Ds
1 plan of projected partitioning changes, with comments
A pre-selection of the furniture, lighting and accessories prescribed + samples of the proposed coverings and colors

SHOPPING LIST

You will receive a complete list with all of the information, needed such as references, prices and suppliers of materials, furniture and accessories.

SHOPPING ASSISTANCE

If you need assistance with ordering and receiving your packages, I can assist you in making the necessary orders on your behalf.

IN-PERSON SHOPPING ASSISTANCE

If you are in the Paris area, I can accompany you for 1-2 hours of shopping and help you make the best decisions for your space.

III. THE TENDER DOCUMENTS PHASE (DCE)

Renovation coordination

This last phase consists of the creation of important tender documents needed for the renovation as well as the coordination of the renovation process.

The documents usually needed for a renovation include detailed floor plans, such as demolition plans, electrical plans, sectional views, among others, and documents including a detailed description of the renovation by work package (lot: painting, tiling, demolition, etc).

Requests for estimates from various renovation partners can be carried out, in order to simplify the process for you and compare prices between renovation companies.
Finally, the last step of this phase, is to monitor and help manage the renovation by acting as the "middle person" between you and the renvation team. This includes schedule coordinating , orders and delivery coordination, and ensuring a smooth delivery of the project by being attentive to detail.

What it includes :

The detailed floor plans, elevation and section plans, necessary for the realization of the renovation (location of what must be fixed, suspended, painted, etc.) + custom carpentry
Renovation Description Document of the renovation.
Choice of furniture and creation of a shopping list
Finalization of the file: boards, materials, furniture, images, plans, etc. validated by the client and project manager

CALL OF TENDERS

Research and comparison of quotes for several craftsmen and contractors.

RENOVATION MONITORING

Regular site visits / meetings (approximately once a week)
Ensure that the work schedule is respected.
Act as a liaison between the client and the team of craftsmen.

FINAL TOUCH

Once the renovation work has been completed, I can personally come to put the final touches to your project. This can incluse final design pieces, bookcase organization, frame placing, color coordination, dish choices, etc.

* This service is an esthetic monitoring of the renovation site, and does not replace the montitoring of an architect, an engineer, or a contractor.
